Eligibility and Jurisdiction Restrictions

The Buyer must have full legal capacity, act on the Buyer’s own behalf or have duly evidenced authority, provide accurate information and successfully complete KYC/AML checks.
Participation is prohibited for persons located, incorporated or ordinarily resident in the United States; persons included on applicable sanctions lists maintained by the United Nations, the UAE, the European Union or the United States; and any person prohibited from making the purchase under applicable law.
The Administrator and the Seller may refuse participation without disclosing their internal risk-assessment criteria, to the extent permitted by law.
The Buyer is solely responsible for confirming that the purchase is permitted in the Buyer’s jurisdiction. Availability of the website or Personal Account does not mean that the offering is lawful in any particular country.
